Request deletion of your Koaura Living account and product data. This page is the web deletion path required for Google Play and can be used even if the app is not installed. Verified requests are expected to be acknowledged within 7 days and processed within 30 days for active systems unless legal, billing, security, backup, or household-shared-data obligations require retention.

Version account_deletion_runbook_v1. Destructive deletion is performed by audited support/server operations, not by the browser.

Confirm the signed-in Firebase UID, account email, support ID, and household before changing state.

Mark the deletion request processing before deleting or anonymizing user-owned data.
- billingCancel paid subscription
Cancel active Stripe subscription or confirm no paid subscription exists; retain legally required billing records.
- supportDelete or anonymize product data
Delete or anonymize Firebase Auth, profile, household membership, devices, wellness stats, media pointers, and support records according to retention policy.
- supportWrite audit event
Record operator, support case, reason code, affected collections, retained billing/legal records, and completion timestamp.
- supportSend confirmation
Notify the requester when account deletion is complete or explain any lawful retention window.
