Refund Policy
This page explains how Koaura Living handles refunds for paid plans. It should be read together with the Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service.
Refunds are handled in line with the rules that apply to your purchase — those of Stripe, the card networks, the app marketplace where relevant, and the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where any of those rules give you a right to a refund, that right always applies.
As a general rule, once a billing period begins the charge for that period is non-refundable — except where the law or an app marketplace requires a refund, or where Koaura Living support approves one for the situations below. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. This mirrors the Terms of Service (Refunds and Billing Support).
If something went wrong with a purchase, please reach out — we would rather make it right than leave you stuck. Support can look into things like a duplicate charge, a plan that was paid for but did not activate, the wrong plan being applied to your household, a plan chosen by mistake, or paid access that did not appear after a completed web checkout.
A refund may change what your household plan includes — for example, a refunded plan may return to the Free level. Some billing, tax, dispute, fraud-review, or service-provider records may be kept where the law or those providers require it, even after a refund.
To ask about a refund, contact Koaura Living support at support@getkoaura.com with the account email used for the purchase.
