Subscription Terms

This page explains, in plain terms, what you are agreeing to when you choose a paid Koaura Living plan. It is part of, and should be read together with, the Koaura Living Terms of Service.

Koaura Living has three plans: Free, Basic, and Plus. Free gives a household everything it needs to set Koaura Living up on the TV, follow a starter set of routines, see the same household across paired devices, and reach support and privacy help. Basic is the plan most households start with, and adds a fuller routine library. Plus adds more room for invited family to join in. The exact features and limits of each plan are shown on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are purchased on the web through Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles your card details; Koaura Living does not see or store your full card number. After checkout, your plan is applied to your whole household. Access is managed by Koaura on our servers, so a new plan usually unlocks within a short time of a completed checkout rather than the instant the payment clears.

Each plan includes a set amount of routine sends, invited family sessions, and shared space for photos and videos. These amounts are set by Koaura and may be adjusted before launch as we learn what households need; the limits in effect at any time are the ones shown on the Pricing page and applied to your household.

Manage your subscription — including cancellation, switching plans, updating your payment method, and viewing invoices — from the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from your Koaura Living account. Buying through the web uses Stripe Checkout. Buying inside the iOS or Android apps may be offered later, but it is not part of how plans are purchased today.

Your paid plan renews automatically each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.

A downgrade, cancellation, failed payment, refund, or going over a plan limit may reduce what your household can access once the current billing period — and any grace period or support review described in the final policy — has passed. How refunds are handled is described in the Refund Policy.
